PRIMARY SCHOOLS / NURSERIES
In the majority of case’s a weekly scheduled visit works best. An engineer will come to the school on the day and time that is agreed and tackle all IT, hardware, software and networking problems the school may have. We find that support in a school works best if you are allocated the same engineer for the weekly scheduled visit. We make sure that at least two of our engineers are familiar with your system so in the event that the regular engineer cannot make it, you will have an engineer that understands your system and the way around your school. In the event that a new engineer takes over your weekly scheduled visit a hand over will take place where you would have two engineers for the handover period at no extra cost to your school.
Service under a Quest School Support Contract includes an 8-hour service level agreement for emergency call outs. This means that there is no additional retainer fee or a call out charge, if you have an emergency that can’t wait until our next scheduled visit. You will be charged at our emergency hourly rate for the amount of time spent fixing the issue at hand, be it an onsite visit or a remote session. The school office network is also covered under the network support contract. We will be happy to liaise with third-party software suppliers to resolve any issues with their software.
Quest Engineers will be able to cover the following during their visit to your school.
- Desktop hardware support
- Laptop hardware support
