Emergency Network Support – Contract

This level of support is ideal for companies that have an existing IT department or for companies that do not want to commit to a full network contract. You pay a retainer fee for a response time of 2, 4 and 8 hours, and for the hours of the day that the support is required from 9am to 6pm or 6pm to 9am, you decide. We will attend to your problem within your response time and you will be charged at a reduced hourly rate for the time taken to fix your problem.

If you require emergency support on the same day and you do not have an existing contract in place you will be charged a premium & subject to engineer/ IT Consultant availability in your area.
